Butterfly (2021)

I’m a Viet-German rapper. I grew up and live in Berlin. I shot my music video in places in Berlin that have a connection to Vietnam: at the Dong Xuan Center (nail design supply store, hair salon, and flower shop), the Đistrict Một restaurant, and the PHO Noodlebar. I wanted to reclaim for myself all these places that I feel are my home but are often used out of context by people in the hip-hop scene.
